How do you use it? Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner… well I almost want to with how good it is!!
What characteristics do you most respect in your competitors? Honesty, Team Work, and selflessness.
What drives you to swim/bike/run? To represent the U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community and men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
What do you enjoy most about your sport? The community involvement and teaching.
Favorite city you’ve raced in? Rio De Janerio, Brazil and Tongeyong, South Korea.
Do you have any words of advice, or tips and tricks for aspiring triathletes? Consistency, consistency, consistency.
Three things people don’t know about you? I want to work at Disney World, I have a dog named Speedo, and I can’t play an instrument, but I have a sick air guitar!
Top 5 hobbies when you’re not swim/bike/running? I wish I had time for some! Whenever I have downtime, I’m usually sleeping, watching a movie, or, my favorite, eating.
What personal causes are you involved in? I’m a Navy EOD Officer. As a member of our Country’s Armed Forces, I use my racing to help bring awareness to our country’s most polished and professional sailors.
