GU Recovery Brew Mixing Instructions
After finishing your workout drink 16 - 24oz. of GU Recovery Brew to replenish energy stores and rebuild muscles.
• Fill 16oz bottle halfway with water
• Add 60g (3 scoops) Recovery Brew mix
• Cap bottle and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
• Uncap bottle and add remaining 8oz of water
• Cap bottle and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
• Enjoy!
