To better educate and inform our users on how to properly fuel for training and racing we will be conducting two live expert Q&A events at Interbike 2012. Join Chris Carmichael, Rebecca Rusch and Brian Vaughan, moderated by Yuri Hauswald, for two live Q&A sessions to talk about training and racing insights, and the importance of sports nutrition. Hear about the evolution of performance in endurance sports – from power-based training approaches to nutrition strategies.  Chris and Rebecca will pull from their own experiences during this interactive conversation to bring context and meaning to the topics. Learn key tips and techniques that you can use immediately, and what it will take to conquer your bucket list. Meet the panelists:

Chris Carmichael – Chris Carmichael is the founder and CEO of Carmichael Training Systems, a pioneering company in the endurance coaching industry. Chris was a member of the 1984 Olympic Team and the iconic 7-Eleven Pro Cycling Team, and is a best-selling author of more than 10 books on training and nutrition. Chris and CTS have been the trusted coaching resource for thousands of amateur athletes and some of the world?s greatest champions.
Rebecca Rusch – Rebecca is a four time winner of the Leadville Trail 100 and the current course record holder. Before conquering Leadville, she was a world champion adventure racer, Nordic skier, and 24 hr racer. Now she spends her time traveling the world racing bikes and encouraging female riders in the sport of mountain biking.
Yuri Hauswald – Yuri is a former two time winner of the 24-Hours of Adrenaline solo category, 9th place finisher of the 2006 24-Hour World Championships, and member of a four-man single speed team that won the national title in 2003 (in the geared category).
Brian Vaughan – Brian is the CEO and a co-founder of GU Energy Labs, an industry leader in sports nutrition. His passion for competitive sports began early as a distance runner; he completed his first marathon at 15 and went on to hold the national age-group record for the half marathon at 16. In the early 1990s he discovered mountain biking and has since competed in several 24 hour solo events, qualifying in 2004 for the 24 Hours of Adrenaline World Championships, as well as several mountain bike stage races, including the grueling La Ruta de los Conquistadores in Costa Rica.
