OUTDOOR / SKIER
Teton Village, WY
I’ve been around the world on ski expeditions and still find long days in the mountains to be the fire that keeps me going. I live in the Tetons with my husband and our two daughters, so the commute is easy! As a long time member of The North Face Global Athlete Team, I work on all sorts of projects such as product design and public speaking. With the 2015 publication of my book, Higher Love: Skiing the Seven Summits I can now also call myself an author. Once I hang my skis up for the summer (mid-June!) I love to climb, bike, trail run and grow vegetables in our greenhouse. On a year round basis, I am compelled to advocate for the complete protection of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. I am a member of the Riders Alliance for Protect Our Winters and also serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Alpine Club.

We’ve had an unbelievable snow year so far in the Tetons, so I plan on spending my spring season (stable snow + longer days) pursuing local objectives that I’ve had my eye on for years. With some luck and hardwork, there may be a first somewhere in the mix!
I raised a wolf while living in Colorado in my 20’s. He taught me much about life, love, freedom and the pursuit of living my truth.
