Welcome to the first installment of Watt’s Cookin’ by the Rad Scientist
We think our Hydration, Energy, & Recovery products are great… but that doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to spice them up every once-in-a-while! Did someone say pancakes?
Here’s how you can make delicious pancakes using our Vanilla Cream or Chocolate Smoothie Recovery Drink Mix – a perfect post long-run or long-ride indulgence.
Ingredients:
- 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup Recovery Drink Mix (Chocolate Smoothie or Vanilla Cream)
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- ½ TSP Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil (or Butter)
- 1 Egg
Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Step 2: Whisk wet ingredients in a different bowl
Step 3: Whisk wet ingredients with dry ingredients
Step 4: Grease up the griddle (over low to medium heat)
Step 5: Scoop onto the griddle and flip when the bubbles burst… then let the other side get to a golden brown
