We reviewed hundreds of great (and some not so great) suggestions and narrowed it down to five finalists. It wasn’t easy, but we think we landed on some unique flavors that will satisfy your training and race-day cravings. Some notable flavors that didn’t make the cut include: Rosemary Chicken, Tangy Jalapeno Teriyaki, and Sauvignon Sweat.

Pina GU-Lada

A delicious blend of pineapple and coconut suggested by Jon M. from California. He was inspired by long hot rides up Wildcat Canyon Road, when he and his riding buddies crave a refreshing and tropical diversion from their suffering.

Campfire S’mores

A gooey mix of marshmallow, graham crackers, and smooth chocolate suggested by Jordan A. from North Carolina. The inspiration for this flavor came from the National Park Centennial Celebration and campfires with friends.

Strawberry Basil Lemonade

A refreshing blend of flavors suggested by Michele D. from California. Aguas frescas from a favorite trail-head taco shack served as the inspiration for this medley.

Cola Me Happy

A mid-race cola can make anyone happy! That’s why Melissa B. from Virginia suggested this flavor as the perfect cure for fatigue at the end of a triathlon or ultramarathon.

Carrot Cake

A proven favorite at birthday parties, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting might be just what you need mid-workout. Megan J. from Michigan looked to her pregnancy cravings for inspiration for this flavor!
