The Dirty Kanza 200 is one of the hardest gravel grinders in the country. When you race 200 (or 100) miles through the Flint Hills of Kansas, you’re bound to find your limit. We are all about finding our limits, and then going past them. That’s why we love the Dirty Kanza.

We’re giving away an entry to the sold-out 2019 Dirty Kanza, and we’ve teamed up with Garmin and Maxxis Tires to create a prize package that includes an Edge 520 Plus from Garmin, a pair of Rambler tires from Maxxis, and all the GU Energy products you’ll need to train for and race this year’s Dirty Kanza. (Winner can choose to enter either the Dirty Kanza 200 mile or 100 mile distance.)

Race Details:
  • June 1st, 2019
  • Emporia, Kansas
  • Available Race Distances: 200 miles or 100 miles

There are no National Parks in Kansas, there’s no BLM land, and there certainly aren’t any mountains, so gravel gives people a chance to see the landscapes just a few miles outside of town and get away from it all. And the landscape that’s outside Emporia, KS, the birthplace of the Dirty Kanza 200, well, it’s stunning. Yeah, I know, most folks don’t put “stunning” and “Kansas” in the same sentence, but they obviously haven’t experienced the geography that makes this part of the state unique and beautiful.
