Cramps

I have had an issue with cramping in my legs and arms for quite some time after long workouts. I am 62 years old and walked 18 miles in 6 hours and not a single cramp !!!!!

This is a FIRST FOR ME !!!

I also used the waffles and gel on the walk.

Also-the next day-recovery was really good.

Amazing product—-give the products a try if you are having any of these issues like me.

What a relief

I dilute the tab in a large bottle of water and refrigerate it overnight when I can. I am relieved that this hydration drink tab does not give me the same "gas" as a comparable brand. I was frustrated by the consistent belching I experienced when on a ride.
