When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2 days for order processing. Transit times are determined by shipping method. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-400-1995, option 4.
What's your return policy?
We strive for 100% satisfaction with all GU Energy products. If you are unhappy with any item purchased at GUenergy.com, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 60 days. Please use the form below or call 800-400-1995 and we’ll arrange your return. Please note, all shipping charges are non refundable.
We cannot accept returns or process refunds for orders made on 3rd party websites like Amazon. Please contact their customer service for resolution
Is GU packaging recyclable?
GU is continuously working to maximize our positive impact. We’ve concluded that we must move beyond managing waste after it’s created, and redirect resources toward upstream sustainability practices in our manufacturing process, business practices, and advocacy for systemic change. We will continue to protect the places we play, just in new ways.
Could I still send my wrappers to TerraCycle?
Please note that effective April 15, 2026, the GU TerraCycle Performance Nutrition Free Recycling Program will no longer be accepting sports nutrition packets and packaging. The program will accept only GU Roctane Energy Drink packets and GU Roctane Protein Recovery packaging through June 30th, 2026.
