No clue if this actually works, however Summit Tea tastes fantastic. I have consistently taken supplements for 20years (eek I’m feeling old) and the summit tea flavor is the best I’ve had. Light, mildly sweet. No artificial or chemical like tastes/ aftertastes. Gu, please keep this forever! Love it.
I have had great results using the Roctane drink mix during mountain bike races. It seems to help me push a harder and go farther then previous drinks I have used. I do prefer the lemon-lime flavor. I tried the other 2 and didn't care for the flavor too much, but the lemon-lime is something I can get down when the intensity is high (not always easy for me). Of course, I realize taste is a personal thing.
The bottom line is that Roctane drink mix really keeps me going!
This amazing drink ca bring you back to life during a hard workout. It has a mild taste that helps with reducing flavor fatigue so you can keep the calories coming during long workouts. I highly recommend this when you need to GU for it!
