Recover faster!

I really do notice a difference when I use these versus nothing on my workout days. I dont feel depleted all day after a hard hot workout. I feel refreshed. I live in SC and the summers here are brutal. These are a lifesaver.

Lemon Tea!

GU hydration is an excellent product. I have used it for CrossFit workouts, swim workouts and during many several hour bike rides. It just works. I love the lemon tea!

Excellent Flavor

Love this brew. Just enough flavor to motivate me. Keeps me hydrated. Seems to make my recovery time quicker too. muscles aren't stiff after a long run with gu brew.

Great no headaches

I live in Asia, hot and humid, you lose a lot of fluids and quickly when excercising. I always had a mid afternoon headache after vigorous exercise, but after trying GU no more headaches or afternoon brain fatigue, I now feel great, cheers. I have also tried sports drinks but never had the same effect. Highly recommend GU for high sweat dehydrating, vigorous exercise.

Tastefully Nude perfect for those hot days!
