I really like this recovery mix

My first time here, I saw Des_Linden drinking it after her 100k ,I tell my self it must to be good!! And yes is delicious flavor I got chocolate one !! I Need it after Boston Marathon I really recommend it !!!

Love it’

I drink one after a long ride. Eating carbs during my work out is great, but when your body has been through a more than usual effort, a protein shake helps me recover.

Taste great

Although it taste great I really don’t care about how it taste like rather then does it work in improving my performance for the next hard workout that I must endure. I take these in a shake form so my ingredients always make these powders more enjoyable to consume. So far I’m just starting but I do take other GU products that did impress me so there’s no doubt that this too will meet my expectations.

WHAT KIND OF PROTEIN IS USED AND WHY?
