Taste great

Although it taste great I really don’t care about how it taste like rather then does it work in improving my performance for the next hard workout that I must endure. I take these in a shake form so my ingredients always make these powders more enjoyable to consume. So far I’m just starting but I do take other GU products that did impress me so there’s no doubt that this too will meet my expectations.

Post Exercise "Mo-gu-chino"

After long morning runs, I make a Mo-gu-chino: 2 scoops of Roctane Protein Powder (either vanilla or chocolate); double shot of espresso, milk and ice in a pint glass.

Tastes great and great recovery.

No funky after taste!

Most protein powders have a funky after taste of artificial something or other. BUT NOT GU! What's worse is the flavor is so good I always want to open another pouch!

WHAT KIND OF PROTEIN IS USED AND WHY?

Whey protein is our choice for recovery because it has the highest biological value of any supplemental protein source, which indicates how much of the protein is used by the body for repair and recovery of tissues. It’s also fast-acting, easily digested, and absorbed more quickly than other proteins, including other milk-derived proteins such as casein, or plant-based proteins.
