Shipping Information
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- Delivery timeframes vary by destination and selected shipping method
Delivery Guidelines
- All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on destination
- Packages are delivered without signature requirement
- A delivery confirmation photo will be taken by the carrier when possible
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers cannot be refunded
- We recommend shipping to attended business addresses if residential security is a concern
Out of Stock Items
- If an item you ordered is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for that item. The remainder of your order will still be processed and shipped as normal. While we work diligently to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If your entire order is affected, it will be cancelled and no charges will be applied.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
- Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery confirmation
- Claims must include:
- Order number
- Photos of received package and contents
- Original packaging (do not discard)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Claims submitted without supporting documentation cannot be processed
- We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence
