Shipping Information

Order Processing 

• Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt 
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships 
• Delivery timeframes vary by destination and selected shipping method 

Delivery Guidelines

• All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on destination
• Packages are delivered without signature requirement 
• A delivery confirmation photo will be taken by the carrier when possible
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers cannot be refunded
• We recommend shipping to attended business addresses if residential security is a concern 

Missing or Incomplete Orders 

• Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery confirmation
• Claims must include:
  • Order number
  • Photos of received package and contents
  • Original packaging (do not discard)
  • Detailed description of the issue
• Claims submitted without supporting documentation cannot be processed
• We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence
