Progress with help!
People used to tell me I needed to fuel. A friend who coaches/advises me told me I needed to fuel and train properly. She is vastley more experienced and acomplished. Once I finally started listening last year the results have been dramatic. Her words were train my gut and don't overtrain. Since taking direction I have lost weight , not from the GU but from the consistant training I have been able to do while using GU. My workouts have been more consistant and my overall pace has improved. GU has enabled me to go further and I will continue this to my next 50K and beyond.
