StroopWaffles

Miss breakfast? Hangry? Hitting a wall? These tasty gems will do you right and keep you going. My best seller is the variety boxes and individual salted caramel and coffee flavors. They hold up pretty well in the heat. They are easily warmed when cold by placing them over a cuppa something hot to drink or by placing on sun warmed rocks, vehicle hoods etc. Recommend you carry them in a hard carry case though as they will break easily if carried loose in a rucksack. Wish I had known about GU products while in the military rather than depending upon extremely high caloric MRE’s for energy and nutrition!

Love these wafels!

As a triathlete this is just what I need during a long ride to break up the monotony of fluids and gels. Great pre-workout and as an after-run snack as well. No upset stomach and hits all the right boxes

WHEN SHOULD I EAT ENERGY STROOPWAFELS?

Any time of course, but stroopwafels are a particularly good energizing snack before a workout. Because they're flat, they're perfect to pack along on runs, hikes, or rides, or to keep stashed in your gym bag for when you need a boost.

HOW IS AN ENERGY STROOPWAFEL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GU ENERGY PRODUCTS?

Our Energy Stroopwafels contain carbohydrates, BCAAs, and electrolytes, similar to other GU Energy products, but in a "solid food" form. The GU Energy Stroopwafel includes organic eggs to help hold the Stroopwafel together AND adds a bit of protein, which the Gels and Chews do not have. It's ideal for a quick breakfast or pre-workout snack.

ARE STROOPWAFELS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Stroopwafels are safe for children, but remember that the Caramel Coffee flavor contains caffeine.

DO STROOPWAFELS MEET MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
